Since 2012, Negroni liqueurs have been winning over spirits lovers with unique creations such as Fior di Notte, a subtle aperitif made with wild juniper berries and sloe berries. Today, this authentic know-how continues to develop in an area open to visitors, where the scents of myrtle, mint and chestnuts evoke the richness of the Corsican maquis. At the entrance to Calacuccia, in the heart of the Niolu, discover the distillery inaugurated in September 2024. Founded by Jean-Marc Negroni, this traditional distillery honours the emblematic flavours of Corsica through liqueurs and eaux de vie made with passion. Open from April to October (9.30am - 12.30pm / 4.30pm - 8pm).
