Stonda: THE CORSICAN COLLECTION OF THE UNIVERSITY LIBRARY, Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 6.00 pm, Marie-France Demuynck. The Corsican Collection at the University Library is an essential resource for students, lecturers and researchers at the University of Corsica and other universities. Covering the disciplines taught at the university and Corsican studies (culture, history, literature, language, science, etc.), we will discover noteworthy documents such as dissertations, theses, and publications—both old and new—as well as audiovisual material and unpublished archives. The collection is aimed at both specialist and non-specialist audiences, as the library is open to everyone free of charge. This place serves as a hub for the preservation and transmission of the Corsican language and culture, at the heart of the University City. This time, with Marie-France Demuynck, head of the Corsican Collection, who takes us on a journey to explore the tangible and intangible heritage, and the potential for its promotion within teaching and research, in a spirit of innovation and creativity. The University Library is a place of learning, training, creation and knowledge transfer. This time, it is also organising a public reading of masterpieces of Corsican literature, with the participation of students from the University of Corsica.
