POESIE DE CONCERT

Cuncertu: Concert poetry- Thursday 20 November 2025 at 7.30pm. Italian and French poet Giovanni Dotoli and French composer Étienne Champollion combine poetry and music in a unique performance. Champollion sets Dotoli's texts to music, exploring the closeness of meaning and the musicality of words, alternating popular song with the tradition of French melody. The whole is enhanced by the voices of mezzo-soprano Océane Champollion and tenor Damien Roquetti. Their concerts, given across Europe, showcase the poet's voice and musical creativity. Improvisation, linguistic diversity and literary inspiration make each performance a sensitive and profound experience.
