The CIMBALATA Festival, organised by RENAISSANCE DE L'ORGUE CORSE, will take place from 12 to 18 August in churches across Corsica. A programme of Baroque music: SOLO ANDATA – a bridge between Eastern and Western music. Featuring cello and fiddle, oud, vocals and a storyteller, centred around the ORGAN with the ensemble E stelle. An interweaving of music and readings featuring the poetry of Erri de Luca: a journey into the Mediterranean, blending contemporary poetry and humanity. Corte, Wednesday 12 August at 9.00 pm, Church of the Annunciation.
