A day of celebrations in Santa Mariona: On 12 September, head to the slopes of Santa Mariona, at a place known as Le Lapin Blanc, for a day of fun, sharing and celebration! From 10 am, residents of Cortenais and visitors are invited to come and rummage through the stalls and unearth some treasures at a car boot sale. Stalls are free for anyone wishing to set up a stall. A small farmers’ market will also add to the day’s festivities, offering a chance to discover local produce and enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere in pleasant surroundings. And because a celebration is even better with music and poetry, singers, musicians and poets are invited to take part and share their talent with the public.
