The fruit and vegetables used to create the restaurant?s dishes are all organic, as is the lamb produced from sheep reared on the property. The Osteria di L'Orta offers its clients a choice of cured meats prepared by the owners following a strict selection process when buying animals from various local breeders. Aperitif wines (orange, mandarin and walnut nut) and digestifs (lemon and myrtle liqueurs), pastries and cakes, jams and jellies, fruit coulis and crystallised fruits are also produced by the young owners.
