In the heart of Corte, Le Pressoir invites you to discover Corsican flavours through generous, authentic cuisine. Located at 22 cours Paoli, the restaurant showcases exceptional wood-fired meats, carefully selected according to the latest arrivals, as well as a number of Corsican specialities (Corsican soup, cannelloni with brocciu, charcuterie and other local dishes), which are offered as part of the menu. Dishes are accompanied by home fries, gratin dauphinois or pan-fried vegetables. Before dinner, share a convivial moment by the fire over a platter of migliaccioli or Corsican charcuterie, paired with selected wines. Open every evening from 7pm to 11pm, on site only.
