It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen with 1 bed in 160x200cm - Shower room - WC - Small dressing room Located along the road connecting the village of Tralonca to Corte Owners' dog roams freely on the property Tenants of the adjoining cottage pass by in front of the accommodation - Private covered terrace of 10 m² - Garden furniture - Plancha grill - 1 free parking space in the property's parking lot (access via a small steep slope) Shared with cottage 64491 and the two other seasonal rentals: - Swimming pool (11 x 4.5 meters, depth: 1.4 meters), accessible throughout the rental period and secured by an alarm.
