Conference "La démocratie militante. Protection of democracy or authoritarian drift" / Augustin BERTHOUT. As part of its series of lectures on comparative law, the EMRJ is organising a conference on Tuesday 10 February 2026 from 5pm to 7pm entitled "La démocratie militante. Protection of democracy or authoritarian drift? It will be led by Augustin BERTHOUT, a lecturer under contract at the University of Nîmes, qualified as an MCF in public law. Professor Wanda MASTOR and Ludovic de THY, MCF in public law, will also take part in the discussions. This conference is under the scientific responsibility of Léo RAVAUX, contract teacher-researcher at the University of Corsica, qualified as an MCF in public law and the history of law.
