Opening on Thursday 25 September at 11am On view from 25 September to 31 October A Cisterna - Corti Exhibition by Murat Kahya, winner of the Ange Tomasi Grant "Just Arrived: Here, There, Over There", organised as part of Allegria, a rientrata in festa! This photography residency was co-organised by the Fondation de l'Université de Corse, the Collectivité de Corse/ Direction du Patrimoine, the association Popul'Arte and the Institut Français de Turquie. "Just Arrived: Here, There, Over There" meets its public in Corsica, where the project was born, after being presented in Ankara. Centred on the themes of migration, borders and geography, the project focuses on the experience of being 'the other', emphasising that belonging is not just a geographical issue, but also a relational and experiential one. Portrait installations, landscapes and video works intertwine in the exhibition, inviting the viewer on a journey between reality and imagination, between individual gaze and shared experience. This multi-layered narrative makes visible the idea that everyone can become "the other" at some point. Further information on the website
