Made up of 6 singers with a wide range of voices, the Sartène choir is one of Corsica's most emblematic groups. The ensemble revives the age-old chant of traditional Corsican spiritual polyphony, which was handed down by the monks of the San Damianu convent in the hills above Sartène. The choir also leaves plenty of room for contemporary inspiration, giving it an atypical place in the world of Corsican music. Songs from the past and the present are always performed to offer audiences a glimpse into the mysteries of the Corsican soul. Rendezvous on Thursday 5 June 2025 at 6.30pm - Eglise de l'Annonciation.
