CPIE A Rinascita: Qi Gong workshops in January in Saint-Jean. The CPIE A Rinascita invites you to the Domaine Saint-Jean in Corte on 8, 13, 20 and 27 January for small-group QI gong workshops open to all. Thursday 8 January from 2pm to 3pm and Tuesday 13 January, from 10.45am to 11.45am, for winter Qi Gong. Tuesdays 20 and 27 January from 10.45am to 11.45am for off-season Qi Gong. Qi gong is a Chinese energy art combining posture exercises, blood circulation, breathing and energy, stretching and sequences in connection with oneself and nature.
