Staziu: INTRODUCTION TO CIRCUS ARTS. From Saturday 28 November 2026 at 10.00 am to Sunday 29 November 2026 at 5.00 pm. Tutor: Gaële Pfluger. Trained in ballet from a young age at the Ajaccio Conservatoire, Gaële continued her studies at Off Jazz before turning her attention to the circus arts at the Draguignan Circus School. Having held the State Diploma in Circus Teaching since 2017, she teaches a wide range of learners, from children to adults, in schools, organisations and cultural venues across the island. Discover, learn, improve… The University Cultural Centre is offering a circus workshop open to all levels, led by Gaële Pfluger, an artist and educator specialising in the circus arts. During this course, participants will explore various disciplines within the circus arts: floor acrobatics, acrobatic lifts, human pyramids and juggling (balls and other objects). The activities will be tailored to each participant’s level, with a focus on progress, confidence and shared enjoyment. A friendly workshop offering the chance to discover the world of the circus, develop physical and creative skills, and experience the richness of working as a team. Registration via the Studià digital learning platform around ten days before the workshop. The workshop is free for students; for the general public, the fee is 20 euros.
