LES 40 ANS DE LA LOI LITTORAL A L'AUNE DES TERRITOIRES INSULAIRES MEDITERRANEENS

Colloquium on "40 years of the coastal law in the light of Mediterranean island territories". On 2 and 3 April 2026, the EMRJ, in partnership with the GRIDAUH, the GRALE and Sciences Po Lille, is organising a conference on the Coastal Law to mark its 40th anniversary. The conference will be held in the Ribellu Amphitheatre (FLASHS, Bât. Bonfiglio Guelfucci). With an emphasis on its application in the islands, teachers-researchers and practitioners from France and abroad will bring together their multi-disciplinary perspectives on this multi-faceted legislation. Themes such as town planning, housing, the economy and the environment will be addressed over the course of the two days. The conference is under the scientific responsibility of Professors Wanda Mastor, François Benchendikh, Norbert Foulquier and Frédéric Rolin. Access to this event is subject to prior registration.
