It comprises - Living room/kitchen with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) - Shower room - WC - Small dressing room On the edge of the road linking the village of Tralonca to Corte Owners' dog runs free on the property Tenants of the adjoining gite pass in front of the property - 10 m² private covered terrace - Garden furniture - Plancha - 1 free parking space in the property car park (access via a small slope) Shared with gite 64491 and the other two holiday homes: - Swimming pool (11x4.5 metres, depth: 1.4 metres), accessible throughout the rental period and secured by an alarm.
